The Protagonist Experience is an exclusive social entrepreneurship program created by Bossa Creative LLC.
To participate in the program, our Protagonists must have work authorization and be residents in the U.S.

We work hard to find the answers and resources that expat and former expat professional women need to enter the workforce with confidence.

We seek to provide a voice for international women living in the U.S. and to make their experiences positive. Our support comes from a place of experience, and we strive to assist these women in a practical manner — providing them with resources, intercultural immersion, and validation of their professional background.
In this program, expat and former expat professional women will find the answers they are looking for in one convenient place. They will learn about the starting a career, interview prep, workplace etiquette, among others.
One of the major challenges some of our clients face is learning English. That is why we've partner with All Star English. They have a lengthy track record in training students for TOEFL and have placed several students in American Ivy League Schools.

WHY WE EXIST
Many women move to the U.S. because their husbands are transferred, leaving behind their careers. These women often face challenges when trying to enter the American workforce. They may struggle with validating their diplomas, language barriers, or finding answers to their questions. This inability to be productive professionally leads to negative feelings, and eventually, it can cause an international assignment to fail.
These women have paused their careers to support their spouses' goals. It feels like they have moved from the center stage to being spectators in someone else's performance. They are no longer the main characters but have a supporting role.
We have witnessed this happen many times, affecting us and our friends. When we realized there was no solution to this shared pain, we decided to take action and make a difference in our community. That's why we created The Protagonist Experience.
